Before we begin to care for your pet, Village Pet Pals will visit your home for our SNIFF N GREET session.
This will be an opportunity for your pet to sniff us, while at the same time, you will greet us. At this point, we will go over the appropriate paperwork necessary to insure your pets safety while in our care.
This is an important meeting. Important for us, this is our first meeting of your pet. Important for you because it begins the process of getting to know Jana and John. You will have many questions, we are always happy to address any questions you may have.
